Autumnal Moments of Well-being
We don’t always find the time to give our body the necessary rest. Hence our resolution for autumn: active relaxation in nature together with a wellness day in Gstaad. And maybe there is even room for a fine homemade chocolate? Here we have summarised our feel-good tips for you.

Active relaxation during a walk in nature
Whether bright sunshine or light drizzle, we will lace up our shoes and take a walk in the forest. How good it smells here! Like soft moss and conifers, moist soil and dry leaves. The leaves rustle and crunch under our feet, the wind rushes through the high treetops. We close our eyes and listen to nature as we enjoy one of the new loungers...
After the walk, we warm our cold fingers on the large cup of hot chocolate – for example, at Charly’s in Gstaad or at Délice in Saanen.
Unwind during a wellness visit in Gstaad
The warm water relaxes our muscles, pleasant music plays in the background, our thoughts drift off into the distance. Outside, mystical fog shapes pass over the valley floor and the rain softly beats on the window. We treat ourselves to a soothing massage and release the tension of the last few days. In the evening, we cuddle up on the sofa in a warm blanket as you wind down the day in front of the crackling fireplace.
