Adwords and DoubleClick

We use Google AdWords Remarketing and DoubleClick by Google services of Google Ireland Limited („Google“), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland (Registration number: 368047), to display ads based on the use of previously visited websites. Google uses the so-called DoubleClick cookie, which allows the recognition of your browser when visiting other websites. Gstaad Saanenland Tourismus is entitled to transfer your personal data to third parties (contracted service providers) abroad if this is necessary for the data processing described in this privacy policy. They are obliged to data protection to the same extent as we are. Permaleads

Permaleads is a service of permagroup GmbH, Neue Allmendstrasse 44, 8703 Erlenbach, Switzerland. We use Permaleads to track for the analysis of user behaviour and the identification of IP addresses of companies for marketing purposes. The use of this service entails the direct transfer of data pertaining to user behaviour (e.g. IP address, time of access, browser searches etc.) to the servers maintained by the service provider and being made available for use exclusively on www.gstaad.ch. The data collected are treated as strictly confidential and either sold nor conveyed to third parties. If in future you do not wish to be identified, please send an e-mail to optout@permagroup.ch.

The website uses the social plugins described below. The plugins are disabled on our website whenever possible by default and therefore do not send any data. For dispatching our newsletter, we use third-party email marketing services. Our newsletter can, therefore, contain a so-called Web Beacons (tracking pixel) or similar technical means.
