Our restaurant team and our kitchen brigade under the direction of José Liborio (Chef de Service), and Christophe Vogel (Chef de Cuisine), will spoil you with typical Swiss dishes and light, healthy Mediterranean-Italian creations. These are prepared à-la-minute and fresh.


The pizza from the wood-fired oven is prepared with love by our pizzaioli, using the best ingredients. The wine list offers an exquisite selection from Switzerland and other European countries.
For our dishes we mainly use regional products from local traders and farmers. Our suppliers guarantee us fresh goods of the best quality.
Meat and sausages are supplied by Buure Metzg Gstaad. The eggs are laid by the chickens of the Zeller family. The dairies in Gstaad and Schönried process fresh milk and cream into cheese and fine yoghurts. The Dubi and Early bakeries bring us croissants and bread specialities fresh from the oven every day. The greengrocers Schmid in Saanen and beo in Zweisimmen as well as the farmer family von Siebenthal supply us with fresh fruits and vegetables. Mr Schopfer supplies us with live trout from the Saane. We get delicious, home-made ice cream from "Ruci Ice cream".
