I was born in Germany on 25 March 1985 and the Bernese Oberland has been my new adopted home since 2009. I am a qualified hotel manager and also work in the medical service (BS Drive and Rescuecare) and have been a qualified hiking guide since 2016.
I decided to train as a hiking guide in 2014 because it is important to me to make the mountains a little more interesting and safer. Many people like to overestimate themselves a little and others don't dare to go alone and that's why we hiking guides are there to help them enjoy a safe and beautiful hike.
