Welcome to the first yodeling trail in Switzerland!

On a breathtaking, approximately 3 to 4-hour circular hike with beautiful views, you will learn interesting facts about yodeling. At 9 stations, topics such as the development of yodeling in Switzerland, various yodeling techniques, the relation to alpine culture, yodeling in America or current trends are presented with texts and pictures. You can download and listen to sounds using QR codes via your smartphone or tablet. There is also a lot about the godfather and content provider of the path, the St. Stephan yodel conductor Ueli Moor.

Starting point of the trail is the alp Dürrenwald, which is run by Ueli's brother Chrigel and his wife Susi and where after the hike (during the alp season) a piece of alp cheese, a small snack or something to drink can be enjoyed. For the children there are additional stations where a riddle is given up and solved at the end of the trail, at the alp Dürrenwald.

The short route to Alp Eggmatte and back can be walked barrier-free.
