Cheese production in the show dairy

At «Le Chalet» in Château-d`Oex, the hard «le Chalet Bio» cheese is prepared over a wood fire. Wearing traditional costume, a cheesemaker produces a whole 16-20 kg cheese from 160 to 200 litres of organic milk.
