Start: 10:00 | EGGLI terrace
Participants: 5–25 people (event takes place with a minimum of 5 participants)
Special price: CHF 85 with Magic Pass / CHF 100 without Magic Pass
Duration: Yoga from 10:00 to approx. 11:30, followed by brunch until approx. 13:00
Yoga mats: Provided

Program Overview

Welcome & Introduction

A short welcome and introduction to the session, followed by a guided breathing exercise (Pranayama) to ground yourself and consciously take in the fresh mountain air.

Dynamic Yoga Practice (approx. 60 min)

An activating start with Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), followed by nature-inspired asanas such as Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) and Eagle Pose (Garudasana) – enhancing balance, focus, and inner strength.

Closing Meditation (approx. 15 min)

A simple guided meditation, seated or lying down, to integrate your experience and transition into stillness and calm.

Nourishing Brunch

Healthy, regional, fresh & lovingly prepared – the perfect way to nourish body and soul after your practice.

You’re more than welcome to spend time at Eggli or go for a mountain walk afterwards.
The last cable car ride back down is at 16:30.
