The concept: There will be a basic menu, which will be accompanied by themed evenings.
Through a reduced and yet varied menu menu, we minimize our food waste and the consumption of consumption of resources to a minimum.

Theme evenings:
Wednesday is...VEGETARIAN NIGHT.
Let chef Chantal surprise you with her delicious vegetarian dishes.

Thursday is...BURGER NIGHT.
We wouldn't dare to reopen Sammy's withouth our beloved Sammy's Burger. Try the traditional one or one of our new creations. For meat and plant lovers.

Friday is...GRILL NIGHT.
In the middle of our restaurant you find our beautiful Rottisoir. Enjoy a cozy time while watching your food rotate over he fire.

Saturday is...PIZZA NIGHT.
Come in on saturday to enjoy one of our sourdough pizzas made in the stone oven. Every team member created hir/her own pizza recipe. The result? A very varied and nice selection - just like the people working at Sammy's.
