From the Berghotel zur Sau, head towards Büelsgrabe and up this until you get pretty close to the rocks and walk over the Oberberg. Shortly before Wolfs Ort, the trail descends towards the village. Via Oberi Bire you get back to Abländschen through the forest via Stägelhalte and can treat yourself to something small in the Berghotel zur Sau.
