As of August 2024, owner Michel von Siebenthal has passed the kitchen leadership to his future son-in-law. Our new head chef, Johannes Kratz, is now proudly presenting his menu. His focus lies on sustainability, seasonality, and the highest quality. Johannes combines classic French cuisine with modern and international influences.
