Alp Wildeggli, Familie Herrmann-Trachsel
From our milk we produce cheese every day, at the beginning and end of summer our Wildeggli-Alpine raclette and in between Wildeggli-Alpine cheese which becomes Hob cheese with age.
We try to produce in the most natural and careful way.
Our alp is also located on a uniquely beautiful spot of land at 1700m above sea level and we give as many people as possible the opportunity to get to know it.
Whoever is interested in watching the production of our products is always welcome!
