The starting point of the hike is the Leiterli mountain station (Betelberg gondola lift). The destination of the hike is the Haslerbar - a cozy and sunny meeting point in the Betelberg ski area! The winter hiking trail leads gently downhill through the idyllic winter landscape of the Hasler Hochmoor. Although at the heart of the ski area, the daily groomed trail is reserved for pedestrians. After refreshments in the Haslerbar, you return to the top station of the gondola lift via the same route.

  • Approach

Via Wimmis, Zweisimmen to Lenk to the Betelberg valley station

  • Outward and return journey: By train via Spiez, Zweisimmen to Lenk. 12-minute walk to the valley station of the Betelberg gondola lift. Take the cable car to the top station.

  • Parking spaces available at the valley station

  • Good footwear and warm clothing are always an advantage when winter hiking, as the weather and temperature can change very quickly on the mountain.

  • Keep an eye on the time: Allow enough time for the ascent back to the Leiterli so that the gentle hike doesn't turn into a race against the clock.
