Lenk is rightly considered as one of the most beautiful valley closures in the Alps. The mighty Wildstrubel massif, source of the river Simme, towers over the wide valley basin. This hike leads along the flat valley floor of Lenk, beside the young Simme. En route you will encounter the small Lake Lenk which hardly ever freezes over, even in severe winters. The route passes along hiking trails marked in yellow, which are additionally marked with the snowman symbol.
